Beautiful hotel. Top quality in every respect.

Beds have topper so are super comfortable. It's a short walk to Aeon Mall and Koh Pich Elysee though a Grab was only 80 cents each way. Shower had hot water (unlike hotels that have underpowered electric showers). Good choice of egg dishes to order plus modest self-service for breakfast. Several parking bays outside for taxis/own car. Room safe big enough for laptop computer. Bassac Street restaurants and bars not too far away but will need a taxi.

Unheated indoor pool very cold in January. Had to change room due to previous smoker though new room had a smoker next door in this non-smoking hotel! Generally not a very interesting neighbourhood. To the north has more attractions.

Nice friendly staff and clean. Spacious room and bathroom.

The hotel is not bad in principle, but not all rooms have wi-fi and the biggest minus is that the staff always wanted to cheat you out of some amount of money, either in ordering a taxi through the staff or Any request.

The staff are lovely

There is a motor on the roof which makes a lot of noise. Despite the hotel being almost empty, the hotel put us in Room 506 underneath the motor. Nightmare - very little sleep.They could have put us in another room but chose not to.Plus it stank of smoke.

The cleanliness in the room as well as in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, the mattresses are absolutely not comfortable. A big negative note about the restaurant: the dishes are ordered from outside so they arrive practically cold on the table, the price of the drinks is disproportionate compared to the average of other restaurants, furthermore, it is the first time in my life (and I am over 60 years old) that I have charged 5$ for a broken glass. Avoid this hotel!

Very pleasant, room was excellent with a huge bed, extremely comfortable, good ac, nice bathroom.

The piped music! An irritating (and too loud) soundtrack of saxophone covers of western songs, from 7.30am to 9pm. In the corridor and the restaurant. Please - some quiet Cambodian music or even better none at all!

The room was great and staff attentive

Hotel has a restaurant and since we were tired and it was late, we went there upon our arrival. We were not told however, that the restaurant doesn't have a cook and the food will be ordered and delivered from a similar chain hotel. We had to wait for almost an hour for our drinks and finally everything arrive at once - cocktails, food, dessert, etc. We also requested extra veggies for our dishes, which we didn't get. Also, the swimming pool has only three loungers and not even simple chair to chill around swimming pool. Once the loungers were taken, we asked for at least a chair, but didn't get one....

We didnt get the breakfast. Although on the 2nd day been provided with bread in the afternoon for us to consumed as the breakfast on the following morning. The rooms was great.

We were fasting, and it was difficult to get early breakfast at 4am

Great stay

The address given could not be found on Google Maps. The taxi driver also couldn't find it, and the address given proved to be incorrect. This was confusing.

Noisy AC from other rooms. Bathroom door only opened 1/3. no in-house restaurant for lunch/ dinner.

This hotel is wonderful. Super comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Excellent coffee. Highly recommend it.

Good location, rooms are cleaned and spacious, comfy bed, and helpful staff.

Some rooms are next to a busy road and very noisy with highway trucks which kept me awake all night. They should use soundproof wall for those front rooms. No buffet breakfast and a bit limited compared to what I paid - 89 usd a night.

The staff was great! Very nice and helpful.

We didn't realize that the pool was so small and closed in.
